To use the sauna hot room, participants must be 13 years of age or older. Capacity is 5 people in the hot room. We prioritize safety and comfort for all sauna users.

Yes, we have a minimum age requirement of 21+ for renting our mobile sauna. This ensures a safe and responsible sauna experience for all customers.

Our rental package typically includes the mobile sauna unit, setup, takedown, and basic sauna accessories: enough wood for one (2) hour sauna per day, bucket and ladle. Additional amenities are available for our Sauna Party Package.

Our mobile saunas are versatile and can be set up in various locations, such as your backyard, event venue, or by a lake or beach. Locations must have 9’x13’ flat space and an unobstructed path to the final set-up location as the sauna will be driven in. The Renter must provide a hose & water if use of the outdoor shower is desired. No electrical hook-up is needed as lighting and phone charging capabilities are solar powered and the stove is wood-fired. We have a cold plunge tub available as an add-on, though water and ice are not provided.

Food and Drink: It's a good idea to pre-hydrate by drinking water before using the sauna to stay hydrated. As for eating, it's best to have a light meal or snack, as a full stomach may be uncomfortable during sauna sessions.

Attire: Sauna etiquette typically involves wearing a swimsuit, but we encourage you to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Other typical clothing choices include athletic outfits, shorts, t-shirts, and head-coverings as desired. No shoes allowed in the sauna hot room; slides or flip-flops only in the changing room.

Rental durations vary based on your needs, from a few hours at an event or up to 3 or 7 full days. Rental costs will depend on duration and location. Please contact us for a personalized quote if you don't find your answer on our booking platform.

Yes, our mobile saunas meet all necessary safety standards and come with clear usage instructions. Our experienced staff can also assist during setup and takedown for added safety. Sauna is cleaned thoroughly with a mild detergent and properly ventilated between sauna rentals.

Absolutely! Our mobile saunas are perfect for events, parties, or gatherings, offering a unique and relaxing experience for your guests. Waivers for guest will be sent to you for easy distribution.

No, pregnant women are not allowed to use the sauna. Sauna use during pregnancy can be risky. If you have any other medical conditions or concerns about your suitability for using the sauna, it is essential to consult with your doctor before using our sauna.
